DSC_0033The best way to have brisket of beef! Little bit of oil at the bottom of the pan, then a layer of chopped onions. Then the brisket, then pack it full of more onions. Add a bit more oil and then in the oven at a low temperate for a loooonnnnnggg time (looking at 6 hours plus for ours). Onions made Chris and I cry though!
